A research paper exploring the addictive consumption of social media among Gen Z and Millennials, with the question: "Is the fashion industry to blame for addiction to social media?"

 

I examined the scale of both the fashion industry and social media, and how fashion uses social media to drive engagement. Using secondary research, I analysed previous studies and user opinions, incorporating the social comparison theory to explore the psychological factors behind social media addiction.​
